The Collections feature lets you group saved sites into categories, such as work, recipes etc, but at first blush it’s difficult to work out what the benefit of this is over the bookmarks folders that most users would have spent years curating. Bookmarks are now shunted into the settings menu, with Mozilla introducing a new bookmarks-like feature called Collections. Many others are annoyed that they can no longer access their bookmarks from the new tab screen. The removal of the back button is a common complaint, with users divided over the decision to move the address bar down to the bottom of the screen by default, although it can be easily switched back to the top.
The new user interface is also causing angst amongst Firefox’s loyal users.
